Return,Refund And Cancellation Policy

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was shipped. To help us process your request quickly, please follow these steps:

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kitsonix.com or +91 8708739134 with:

    • Order number

    • Photos showing damage or incorrect item

    • A short description of the issue

  2. Our team will verify the request and reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • For damaged items, include photos — we will not accept returns that lack supporting evidence.

  • Return shipping costs: we cover return shipping only for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered fulfillment.

  • To cancel, email support@kitsonix.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, please follow the returns process above.
