Returns & Refunds

Our team will verify the request and reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

For damaged items, include photos — we will not accept returns that lack supporting evidence.

Return shipping costs: we cover return shipping only for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered fulfillment.
