Transmission Line Monitoring Hexacopter
A customer approached us with the requirement to build a high-end Transmission Line Monitoring Drone capable of capturing thermal + visual data, flying with high stability, and transmitting real-time telemetry to the ground. The drone needed to be rugged, reliable, and suitable for long-range inspections, especially for college research and utility-based applications.
We designed, engineered, and delivered a fully custom hexacopter tailored to these needs — including onboard data processing, multi-sensor integration, and a live web interface powered by Raspberry Pi.
